At Move2Heal, we combine an evidence-based cycle of movement and mobility assessments,
myofascial therapy, assisted stretching, and corrective exercise, to help you move better, feel stronger, and recover with confidence.

Each session begins with Postural, Movement and Mobility Assessments, to identify muscle imbalances, and movement restrictions or compensations, that are limiting mobility and contributing to pain.
Myofascial Trigger Therapy techniques are then used to relieve excessive tension and pain in overactive muscles, and to improve flexibility and joint range of motion.
These sessions are ideal for individuals with chronic shoulder and back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, piriformis syndrome, and tension headaches.

We use a variety of customized stretch approaches, including the proven Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) method, to help alleviate muscle tension, reduce pain in sore muscles and joints, and aid in injury prevention and recovery.
One-on-one Assisted Stretch sessions are complemented by tailored stretching routines for you to practice at home, to reinforce the changes we make in the studio. These sessions are ideal for people seeking greater ease of movement, improved flexibility, post-rehab support, or healthier functional performance in daily life.

Using personalized corrective exercise plans, we target the specific muscle weaknesses and compensations that affect posture and joint mechanics, and lead to pain and imbalances.
Each program combines mobility, stability, and activation drills to enhance movement quality and reduce injury risk, to support long-term, pain-free function.
