Assisted Stretching + Flexibility Training

Assisted Stretching is a structured, one-on-one method to improve mobility, release tension, and support recovery. In each session, I use a variety of customized techniques—including the evidence-based Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) method—to help alleviate tightness in muscles, reduce joint discomfort, and restore functional balance.

PNF involves a slow cycle of passive stretching and isometric muscle contractions, which allows for a more effective and deeper stretch than static stretching alone. This technique has been shown to enhance flexibility, improve range of motion, and support muscular alignment.

Trained in and inspired by one of the leading stretch studios, I design every assisted stretch session to be entirely individualized, tailoring the protocol to your specific needs, areas of tension, or post‑rehabilitation goals. The goal is for you to experience a deeper stretch than you could achieve on your own, held safely and intentionally to maximize benefits.

In addition to in-studio work, I’ll provide you with a customized, doable, stretching routine for you to continue at home. These home stretches reinforce the gains we make during sessions, helping you maintain improved mobility, reduce injury risk, and support healthier, more efficient movement day to day.
