
What to Expect in a Session
Session Length
Most sessions are 60 minutes, with initial sessions possibly slightly longer to incorporate a full movement and mobility evaluation. For those needing myofascial trigger therapy or assisted stretching during the work day, 30 or 45 minute sessions are also available.
What You’ll Need
- Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement
- Beverages and all necessary equipment are provided in the studio
Session Structure
- Warm-Up & Movement Prep
Gentle mobility work and activation exercises to prepare your body for movement. - Assessment & Check-In
Reviewing posture, mobility, and movement patterns.
Discussing goals, discomfort, or areas of concern. - Targeted Work
Myofascial trigger therapy, assisted stretching, corrective exercises. - Cool-Down + Homework
Stretching, recovery techniques, and at-home exercises to reinforce progress.
