Corrective Exercise + Functional Strength Coaching
Corrective Exercise & Functional Strength Training is the final, integrative phase of my coaching process. It builds directly on the findings from your Movement & Mobility Assessments and Assisted Stretching sessions. After identifying movement limitations, muscular imbalances, and areas of tension, we’ll work on a personalized program to restore balance, improve mobility, and strengthen weak or underactive muscles.
Sessions combine corrective exercises with functional strength training. Corrective exercises retrain proper movement patterns, while functional strength training targets muscles in ways that reflect real-life movement and daily activities. For example, we may focus on hip stability, core activation, shoulder mobility, postural alignment, or multi-joint strength movements. Together, these exercises help your body move efficiently, safely, and with greater coordination.
By systematically addressing tightness, weakness, and compensatory movement, this approach improves posture, reduces injury risk, and enhances overall performance. Each program is tailored to your needs and reinforces the changes achieved through assessments and assisted stretching. The result is sustainable improvement in mobility, strength, and functional capacity—helping you move better in daily life, athletic activity, or fitness training.
